When SweetBun appeared
SweetBun does not publish a launch date on the site. The .ai registry record shows sweetbun.ai was registered on 30 April 2026.
What SweetBun brings
According to the app's own site, SweetBun lists live webcam-style video calls and AI group chat. SweetBun also publishes per-action token costs. Shared memory across chat, voice and video is described by SweetBun.
What SweetBun tokens buy
SweetBun gives Premium 100 tokens a month and Premium Plus 225 tokens a month. A month of Premium covers 14 minutes of webcam call, or 33 minutes of voice, or 50 images, not all of them together. Video is charged by the second, so 100 tokens buy 50 seconds.
| Action | Tokens | With Premium (100 tokens a month) | With Premium Plus (225 tokens a month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| One image | 2 | 50 images | 112 images |
| One second of video | 2 | 50 seconds | 112 seconds |
| One minute of voice | 3 | 33 minutes | 75 minutes |
| One minute of webcam call | 7 | 14 minutes | 32 minutes |
What SweetBun costs, and is it free?
SweetBun does not publish its plan prices, so no monthly figure can be given. Free access covers 2 messages a day and 1 custom companion. Tokens on the free tier stretch to enough for 1 photo, which shows the app but does not support a long conversation.
SweetBun next to new apps that state a free allowance
Of the new apps that state a free number, SweetBun gives the least free chat with 2 messages a day, compared with 50 messages a day from Sloane and 100 chats a day from YourCrush.ai. SweetBun lists webcam-style video calls and group chat, which those two do not.
